The work we are doing at MonkeyMedia Software continues to be very important for the restaurant industry. We spend all our time thinking about how to increase sales in the off-premise catering space. Every waking moment goes into our catering institute where we focus on strategy and education, and MonkeyCatering, our web-based software solution for multi-unit restaurant operators.
We have fantastic customers like Einstein Bros. Bagels, LeDuff America (La Madeleine, Brioche D’oree, Mimi’s Cafe and Bruegger’s Bagels), Ruby Tuesday , On The Border Grill, Rosati’s Pizza, KFC and many, many others such as Boudin Bakery, La Boulange (Now Owned by Starbucks), Mad Greens, Flying Star Cafe and Le Boulanger, just to name a few. Of course, there are more, too many to name.
These days our software implementations are going faster, and our team continues to take a leadership position in this very important space for the restaurant industry.
I have known for many years that although the software is important to operations, we are NOT just a software company. We are in the business of helping our customers feed their customers where they live, work and play. We are educators. We are restaurateurs, first and foremost. Our software was a byproduct of my deli operations. Real solutions for real business challenges.
So, you can imagine my excitement this last week when our team at MonkeyMedia Software came up with our new mission statement. As I read it, it reminds me of where we are adding value in the service chain. Through our Catering Institute and our web-based software solutions, such as MonkeyCatering, our customers are winning BIG! Just ask them.
